In order to obtain equipment service, please enter your contact information in the form below, along with your equipment model number, and a description of the equipment problem or service requested. Photos showing the equipment may be uploaded to include with your request. We will attempt to locate an appropriate service facility in your area, if possible, or else recommend that you send the equipment to us for service/repair.
Gas Powered Serial Number
The serial number on gas powered units is stamped in the Honda engine block below the On/Off switch. The serial number contains a top line (e.g., QX2), and a bottom line containing a string of 5 letters followed by a string of numbers. Please include the information on both lines when recording the serial number.
Electric Powered Serial Number
The serial number on electric powered units is located on the name plate on the compressor. The serial number will be preceded by the letters, “DT/SR”, or “DATE/SER”. Please include all numbers following these letters when recording the serial number.
