To register for the product safety recall, please complete the form below. We will contact you when replacement parts are available to complete the repairs to remedy the recall issue. At that time we will provide you with e-return authorization number (RA#). Please DO NOT ship units to us until you receive a RA#, Any shipments sent to us without a RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender by the carrier.
Gas Powered Serial Number
The serial number on gas powered units is stamped in the Honda engine block below the On/Off switch. The serial number contains a top line (e.g., QX2), and a bottom line containing a string of 5 letters followed by a string of numbers. Please include the information on both lines when recording the serial number.
Electric Powered Serial Number
The serial number on electric powered units is located on the name plate on the compressor. The serial number will be preceded by the letters, “DT/SR”, or “DATE/SER”. Please include all numbers following these letters when recording the serial number.
